Company
Trust, reliability,
strategic coordination.
Belisari streamlines and accelerates the path from powered land to operating compute — for AI, HPC, and high-density compute operators, and for the landowners, IPPs, and utilities that power them.
Our story
Named for a general. Built for coordination.
Belisari was founded in Columbus, Ohio by Jameson Nunney, an industry veteran with roots in both traditional energy and bitcoin mining. Working in the trenches of power procurement led to a simple mission: reduce the friction between power and the people who need it, and create opportunity for everyone in the market.
The name comes from Belisarius, the Byzantine general, and the Byzantine Generals' Problem in computer science — how independent parties reach one trusted decision. Developing a powered site is that problem in the real world, and solving it is what we do.
What we stand for
- 01
Trust
Every listing carries audited site data, and every counterparty deals directly with the people doing the work.
- 02
Reliability
We commit to energization schedules we can defend — and we plan the power before the building.
- 03
Strategic coordination
Landowners, utilities, operators, and capital all have to agree before a megawatt moves. Coordinating them is the job.
Market focus
Belisari is currently focused on the United States, with opportunities from 5 MW to 500+ MW. We'll expand internationally as market potential and regulatory clarity evolve.
